Berth maintenance

• → Inside and outside-check, moorings, lines, fenders, etc.
• → Boat air out on a regular basis
• → Engine start and batteries check on a regular basis
• → If necessary, water removal from under deck

Winter Services

Deck

• → Sails. Check and control (and repair*)
• → Dinghy. Check, wash and secure
• → Winches. Clean and oil (and dismount/remount*)
• → Anchor windlass. Clean and oil (and dismount/remount*)
• → Outboard Engine. Check, clean with fresh water, empty and clean carburetor
• → Deck Lights. Check, protect with spray (and repair*)
• → Hinges and Locks. Check (and replace*)
• → Teak Deck. Clean (and varnish on deck with teak-oil*)

Interior

• → Oven. Check and clean (and dismount/remount*)
• → Life Jackets and Life Belts. Wash and dry
• → Batteries. Check and refill
• → Toilets, Valves and Seals. Check, clean and oil (and repair*)
• → Engine Service. Change oil/filter and diesel filter, change engine and gearbox oil, check anti-freeze and fan belt
• → Electronic Instruments, Autopilot, Water and Bilge Pumps, Cooling System, etc. Check (and repair*)

Rig

• → Mast and Rig. Check, use protection spray on sensitive parts
• → Mast Lighting. Check (and replace*)

Underwater

• → Preparation for lifting and launching
• → Hull. Wash, wax and polish
• → Propeller. Clean
• → Sea Valves. Check and insure they operate properly
• → Saildrive. Change oil (and renew anodes on Shaft/Saildrive*)
• → Touch ups with primer*
• → Repair small gel coat damages*
• → Remove antifouling and replace with two new coats*
• → Replace colored stripes*
